What To Expect

I offer personal one to one nutrition consultations and health coaching.

Before the initial consultation you will be asked to provide me with some basic details and fill out a 3-day food diary and bring this with you to your first session.

Initial Consultation

The first consultation is 60 minutes.

During the first consultation, I will take a detailed health and medical history so that I can gain a thorough understanding of your health concern, diet and lifestyle. We will discuss any work/life balance issues, your lifestyle and goals.

A plan that is achievable for you (and that you are comfortable with) will be put into place to help support you on your road to better health.

Health Programme

Your success is my priority. You are an individual with your own set of circumstances, stressors and health concerns. I work very closely with you to ensure your health programme is tailored specifically for you.

Your Nutrition Health Plan will be emailed within 24hours complete with recipes and a supplement sheet.

During 30-minute follow up consultations, your progress will be assessed so that your Nutrition Health Plan can be adjusted and updated according to your needs and goals.

Nutrition Classes

Nutrition classes are a cost-effective way to reach a large number of people and address multiple topics. Classes bring employees together and help them support each other in making healthier choices. Classes are delivered as one-hour “lunch and learns” on a variety of topics.

• Employees receive educational handouts with the information presented.
• Presentations convey the latest nutrition information in a way that motivates employees to make changes.
• Nutritionist engages employees with practical tips on how to make better nutrition choices

On-site Nutrition Counselling

This is the most effective way to work with employees on specific health concerns or chronic conditions. A qualified registered nutritionist meets with employees individually to review their health history, diet and lifestyle and creates an eating plan to meet their goals. These confidential sessions provide personalised recommendations and excellent support.

• Employees receive customized support materials to help them achieve their goals.
• One to one one hour initial consultation and thirty minute follow up meetings bi-weekly.
• Practical tips and tricks to overcome bad habits.

Workplace Weight Loss

Now is the time to bring the new science of weight loss to your employees with Nutri-Coach Weight Loss Program. The supportive group atmosphere of this 12-week program combined with one-on-one nutrition and personal trainer counselling is the recipe for weight loss success! It provides individual nutrition counselling to address specific weight loss challenges, along with 12 group personal trainer classes, which is unique for workplace weight loss programs.

  • Employees receive a class manual, food journal, recipe book, articles and other class materials.
  • The series includes 4 Group Nutrition classes and an in-depth one on one, two-hour consultation with a nutritionist. Nutrition sessions are split over 3 session of 1 hour and 2x30 minute sessions.

Twelve 1 hour group Personal Trainer Fitness classes.

Healthy Eating Demos

I provide healthy cooking demos, displaying how easy cooking from scratch can be, whilst providing nutritional information & healthy cooking tips.

I cover a range of topics such as:

  • Food and mood
  • Importance of wholefoods and clean eating
  • Healthy takeaway options

I will come to your venue and bring all the required equipment and food ingredients.

I can do a one-off demonstration or I can put together a series of healthy cooking demonstrations.

Easy-to-follow recipe sheets are provided so that you can cook to your delights at home.

Sessions are performed in a fun, engaging and relaxed atmosphere.

Learn new recipes, better cooking habits and a wider understanding of nutrition.

Nutrition Education Talks

To me eating a healthy, whole food diet is one of the fundamentals of wellbeing. ‘Let Food Be Your Medicine and Medicine Be Your Food’ as they say. So, it goes without saying how much I love giving Nutrition seminars. Getting out and inspiring positive food choices is what it’s all about. Whether it’s replacing the candy jar at work with a bowl of fresh fruit and nuts, encouraging you to cook more or getting participants excited about eating nourishing, healthy foods is my main aim. Participants will come away from these talks inspired to make better, more educated food choices and reduce their environmental foot print at the same time. I keep it simple and practical so that attendees are able to absorb and relate to the information delivered.

Online Nutrition Programmes

28-Day Clean Eating Programme

The aim of the clean eating program is to eliminate highly processed, sugary and high allergen foods to help clean up the diet and continue on a clean eating journey to better health.

The program is carried out online through a private Facebook page and is offered at various times throughout the year. All participants are provided with:

  • • Daily recipes for all meals
  • • Shopping list
  • • Daily support through a private group.

2-week Detox Programme

Reboot digestion, reduce inflammation and lose weight in the process

This is a great way to start back on a healthy eating plan, eliminate sugar cravings a initiate weight loss

The detox programme is held twice a year after Christmas and Easter.
